HOW IT WORKS
Know the next step before you start.
A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.
1. Describe the need
- Property type, approximate room count, and teams involved
- The handoff or recurring operating issue you want to address
- Current property-management and task tools
- A synthetic or anonymized workflow example, without guest details
2. Clarify the fit
We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
3. Define the proposed outcome
- A map of the chosen handoff and its owners
- A proposed shift checklist and exception routine
- A consistent definition of the aggregate measures you want to review
- A written scope for documentation, handover, or agreed tool setup
4. Agree the arrangement
Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.
5. Keep the handoff visible
The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
